Unwind your body and quiet your mind with a gentle blend of somatic movement and the soothing ritual of tea. Designed to melt away daily stress, build body awareness, and regulate your nervous system, this gathering offers a peaceful sanctuary to move, sip, and connect with a supportive community.

Parking: Dedicated parking is available in the Senior Parking Lot off of 62nd Street & La Brea Avenue.
Finding Us: Enter the park through the side entrance along the tennis courts. Walk past the courts toward the basketball area—we will be gathering at the picnic tables directly in front of the basketball courts!
