Anyone Seeking Better Sleep & Nervous System Balance
Somatic Stress & Tension Release Reset your nervous system and release deep-seated physical stiffness using gentle, intuitive somatic movement patterns. This practice targets micro-tensions trapped in the fascia and muscles, helping you reduce chronic stress, increase mobility, and restore emotional balance.
Vagus Nerve Regulation & Deep Restorative Yin Optimize your body's recovery state through targeted supine flows and long-held Yin postures. By focusing on deep joint decompression, myofascial release, and vagal tone stimulation, this session actively lowers cortisol levels, improves digestion, and transitions your body into a state of deep, restorative sleep.

✧ Why choose The Free Spirit Yogi?
Most wellness programs offer temporary fixes—telling you to "just relax" without giving your body the tools to actually do so. The Free Spirit Yogi takes a grounded, body-first approach to nervous system regulation, combining ancient wisdom with functional science so you experience real, lasting relief.
1. Somatic Precision Meets Deep Yin
We don't just guide you through static stretches. By pairing intuitive somatic movement patterns with long-held Yin postures, our method targets the deeper fascia and neural pathways where emotional stress and physical tension hide. You aren't just stretching muscles—you're retraining your nervous system to let go.
3. Real Biology, Not Just Buzzwords
Every sequence is intentionally designed around recovery physiology: activating vagal tone to shift you out of fight-or-flight, unbinding deep fascia to decompress tight joints, and lowering cortisol to support sound sleep, digestion, and mental clarity.
2. Rooted in Connection, Transformation, & Thriving
Built on our core pillars—Connect, Transform, Thrive—this program guides you safely out of survival mode. We meet you exactly where you are, replacing force and rigid discipline with gentle, intuitive practices designed to restore your energy rather than deplete it.
4. Sustainable Results Without Burnout
You don't need hours of intense discipline to see results. Designed for busy lives and overstimulated minds, our practices deliver maximum nervous system relief in bite-sized, accessible daily commitments—giving you a sanctuary of calm you can return to anytime.

Unbind tension, regulate your vagus nerve, and thrive. A four week somatic reset to help you shift out of burnout and back into calm.
Week 1: Ground - Come Back to Body
A soft landing back into your body. We begin with a gentle reflection on your nervous system and how grounding helps you come back when life pulls you up and out. We will map where you hold, where you brace, where you have drifted and we willfind your breath anchor, that one breath that tells your body you are safe to land. Then we sink into a 60 minute guided somatic guided unwind, slow , supported, no performing, just letting your body remember what grounded feels like.
Week 2: Release - Where Stress Lives
We open with reflection on our nervous system and how it holds tension when it does not feel safe to let go, where you are bracing without even noticing. We gently map where stress has settled in your body and talk about what it looks like to soften instead of push through. Then we move into our guided somatic unwind for release somatic dance, unwinding, breath sighs, letting those tight places finally exhale. We then melt into yoga nidra to help your nervous system let go allowing you to go even deeper, letting the meditaion do the work so you do not have to figure it out.
Week 3: Restore - Rewire Calm
We open with reflection on our nervous system and how it learns calm, how after holding and releasing you have to show your body a new way to rest, not just collapse but truly restore. We talk about rewiring, those tiny moments where you choose softness over bracing and your system starts to believe calm is safe again. Then we move into a slow, nourishing somatic unwind focused on restoring, gentle rocking, supported rest, breath that slows down and lengthens so your whole system can downshift. We close with a sound bath for integration, letting those calm frequencies settle into the places that have been working so hard. We end a short synopsis of our reflection on restoring, and a simple rewire practice you can use during the day when you feel yourself speeding back up.
Week 4: Reclaim & Integrate — Live It
Choosing how you want to live. We open with reflection on your nervous system and how it meets the world—noticing where you leak energy, how you say yes when your body says no, and recognizing that reclaiming yourself is about returning to what is yours, not being harsh. Through boundary and energy practices, you will explore where you tense before setting a boundary and learn to remain soft yet clear.
We then transition into a somatic unwind for reclaiming—practices that help you feel your edges again and stand in your strength without bracing. From there, we bring our entire four-week journey together. We will weave forward folds, supine twists, nervous system breathwork, and grounding meditation into one full 30-minute reset, culminating in an integrative sound bath.
We close with light refreshments and tea as you finalize your personal 5- to 10-minute daily reset ritual. This is a practice designed for real life, giving you a steady, regulated anchor to return home to your body anytime—long after our four weeks together.

Urban Reset - Somatic Movement and Tea
"Slowing down to focus our senses in nature was such a pleasant part of practice. The gentle movements opened my body—and I especially loved the eye movements! It created a beautiful connection to parts of myself I rarely touch in standard yoga."
Woven Wellness - Somatic Movement
"I recently injured my knee skiing because I haven't been doing enough flexibility and movement. Taking this class has honestly felt like physical therapy for me. So very happy to be here."
Zula Den - Somatic Movement
"Felt a tingling sensation I've never experienced in yoga before. I just finished the Yoga practice and feel so calm and relaxed—zero tension in my body. I’ve done yoga before, but I’ve never felt that tingling sensation, and I know it was because of the breathwork. I highly recommend!"
